I love how accessible everything is to use and all the equipment is always working. It’s also nice to be able to go to all the different car washes around town due to my membership and be able to get my car washed there also!

Think before taking the promotional membership. I enrolled only for the two-month promotional offer. However, without my authorization, $45 was deducted for the current month. I contacted the branch manager regarding this issue. Unfortunately, I was informed that the CCTV footage had already been deleted, so they were unable to assist further. Additionally, one of your employees informed me that a damage complaint had been submitted, but I later found that no complaint had actually been raised. I have visited the branch three times, and each time I was told that it would take some more time, but I have not received any update. I am attaching photographs of the damage for your review. Please investigate this matter and provide a resolution as soon as possible. I enrolled in the Go Car Wash promotional membership, which offered two months of service for $25. However, after the promotional period ended, I was charged $45 for the third month without my knowledge or authorization. Since I had signed up only for the two-month promotional offer, I visited the Go Car Wash location to request assistance. Great carwash. I feel like the value is equal to Delta Sonic but for cheaper. They seem to have better air drying finish at the end with a ton of nozzles shooting air as well, which is a plus!

The guys doing the prewash today were super thorough!!! They did a great job! Definitely appreciate their efforts since I had a ton of bugs on my car!

I signed up online for the promotional $15/month car wash membership just to try the service. A few days later, I canceled the membership, but since I had already paid, my service was still clearly shown as active until June 10th. On May 19th around 2 pm est I went to get a car wash and was denied service. The staff member told me my membership was canceled, even after I showed proof online that it was still valid until June 10th. Instead of trying to help or verify the issue professionally, one employee argued with me for several minutes and rudely stated that he “doesn’t know anything about the website” and that it was “corporate stuff.” I unfortunately forgot his name, but I believe he was a shift manager. This was a very unprofessional experience and completely unacceptable customer service. If employees are unable to understand or honor memberships sold through the company’s own website, that reflects poor communication and training within the business. Go Car Wash seriously needs to better train staff on professionalism, customer interaction, and basic knowledge of their own membership system.

Union Rd, Cheektowaga Vacuums never work or low suction and no towels to dry! I understand why they installed the lift arms and make sense to keep people out that don’t purchase a wash. So bring back the towels instead of storing them by car wash entry.

I have to say this place is a rip-off. It was time for my routine maintenance on vehicle.So I went Through the car wash with the premium package I mostly wanted chassis bath when I returned to my shop less than a 1/2 mile away. The chassis was covered in salt. I know this because I was underneath Vehicle on a lift before and after wash. I understand that the road will leave More salt on a wet car as you drive, but not being that far away. This thing was caked like they never even used chassis bath. Dirty spots all over the outside Very disappointing.

Not good Took vehicle thru when done windows all of them had soap streaks. Gopt home checked car dirt patches all over tail gate.
